We will provide refunds by check (minus shipping and a 15% restocking charge) or, when possible, by refunding to the credit card used on the order, for unused sukkah kits or decorations returned within two weeks of receipt.
Returns are not accepted for lulav/etrog sets, bamboo s’chach mats, or ANY custom sukkah kit!
While our Sukkah Kits are very sturdy, they are by their nature a temporary structure and must be protected and/or dismantled if significant weather events occur while the sukkah is assembled. They are not designed to withstand heavy winds, strong rain storms, snow, or other significant weather events. WE OFFER NO WARRANTY AGAINST WIND, STORM, OR SNOW DAMAGE.
However, if your sukkah is damaged we are happy advise you on how best to repair the sukkah, which can usually be accomplished at little cost using locally-available materials.

Timeliness of Delivery:
We DO NOT guarantee delivery of any order (or order correction) by a particular date or time, regardless of circumstances. If what you ordered does not reach you by the time you need it, you may, if you wish, return it for a refund minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
Before returning merchandise, you must call 844-478- 5568 to obtain return authorization and shipping instructions.
Please check your kit as soon as you receive it to ensure that all of the needed parts are there. We pack all of our kits by hand and while we take care to ensure that every kit is complete we are only human, and occasionally a part is missing. Errors on our part will be corrected using regular FedEx Ground or Home Delivery service as soon as they are brought to our attention. WE WILL NOT EXPEDITE SHIPPING OF MISSING PARTS FOR PACKAGES THAT WERE RECEIVED MORE THAN 5 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF SUKKOT.
We ship via FedEx. Depending on your location, this can take from 2 days up to a week to arrive.
Most orders are shipped within one business day after the order is placed. Delivery will be via FedEx Home Delivery, which provides scheduled deliveries Tuesday through Saturday every week.
Please let us know if you do not want to receive a delivery on Shabbat, and we may be able to arrange your shipping accordingly. We cannot guarantee the date that FedEx will deliver your order.
Very large orders are sometimes shipped via freight carrier, which can often be more economical. We will discuss this with you for large orders.
Be advised that we cannot guarantee delivery date or time of day, as sometimes FedEx experiences delays due to weather or other circumstances. If it is essential that items arrive by a given day, order early enough to allow for the possibility of unforeseen delivery delays and contact us to ensure that we know what your particular needs are.

We ship to the continental United States and Canada by FedEx Ground Delivery. Orders to be shipped to Canada or overseas cannot be ordered through the website, so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss delivery options.
Recipients of international shipments are responsible for all customs and duties charges incurred for the shipment. We reserve the right to charge an additional handling fee for international orders.
